Training & Support

Complete systems
As part of our commitment to achieving the Lowest Overall Cost, we make sure your installation team has everything it needs to complete the job.  Every lift system we supply comes complete with detailed manuals for installation and operation. The parts are individually numbered and checked; smaller components (such as nuts, bolts and connectors) are vacuum-packed onto cardboard sheets to ensure they can be located easily when required on-site.

 

Free product training
If it's the first time your team has installed a particular lift or component, we'll give them hands-on training at our dedicated training centre near Salisbury. This means they'll be familiar with the equipment and will be confident about installing it quickly and safely - saving you time and money by keeping time on-site to a minimum. You save in the long-term too: correctly-installed high quality equipment is bound to be more reliable, so your cost of supporting and maintaining the product is reduced.


Peace of mind
If any other queries arise once the equipment is delivered, we've got a full-time engineering team on hand to resolve them quickly and effectively. This gives you the assurance of total support whenever you need it (reducing delays and down-time) and your customers the confidence that they can depend on you to get the job done.
