As part of the multi-national EV group, we offer our customers
access to a state of the art European manufacturing facility plus
the convenience and security of a totally integrated supply chain - from initial design through to manufacture and delivery on-site. However, we also offer a high degree of flexibility: as well as our wide range of pre-engineered lift systems, we can supply individual components and one-off 'specials' as required.
This means you can offer your customers the best
of both worlds: products, the reassurance and
resources of a major manufacturer, combined with
the flexibility and responsiveness of a local
installation and maintenance company.

Tailored
production
Our lift equipment isn't the cheapest on the market,
but the investment we make in product quality and
support means that time spent on installation is
kept to a minimum; the lift is installed correctly;
and the high quality of the components ensure reliable
trouble free and long maintenance life - saving
our clients time and money in the long term.
We call this LOC - 'Lowest Overall Cost' - and we've
committed the resources to making sure it works
for you. This includes a comprehensive
training programme for your installing engineers,
as well as a permanent UK-based product support
team, on hand to resolve any issues as soon as they
arise.

Our support technicians are well versed
in the installation and setting up of all
the products in our standard range. Whenever new
products, or one-off 'specials', are introduced,
they're given hands-on training to become confident
with any new equipment or techniques. The result
is that our installation teams are completely familiar
with the equipment. They support your engineers
to install - keeping time spent on site to a minimum
(and hence, reducing the overall cost), as well
as reducing the possibility of complications. If
anything goes wrong, we can respond quickly and
effectively with full-time engineering support from
the manufacturer, as well as a comprehensive stock
of replacement parts. This ensures a good installation
with high quality components which will result in
a reliable long life lift you can be proud of on
your maintenance portfolio.
