We've got a large UK-based support team and, when you buy from us, you buy the peace of mind that goes with knowing you can call on that team whenever you need to. We understand that it's your reputation on the line and that's why our approach to customer service is based on partnership. A project management team will be assigned to work with you, anticipating and dealing with issues as soon as they arise and providing comprehensive product training and on-the-job support for your engineers.
Your own Specification
We have the capability to design customer specific
lifts. If your customer wants to have a repeat type
of lift we can help to design the dimensions, materials,
components and features they require, and then reproduce
a consistent lift system, specifically to your customers
needs, time and time again.
Total logistical support
Part of our role is to make your job simpler. All you need to do is tell us when and where you want the equipment and we'll take care of the rest: shipping it to the UK and holding it in storage at our warehouse until you're ready to receive it on-site. In other words: no delays, no storage problems and no need to worry about the equipment being lost or damaged on-site if the job gets delayed.
You needn't worry about currency fluctuations either:
